Hey guys, I just want to lay down some things I would like my GM's to do. I feel we will all be and are all pretty serious about this league so there are a few thing I would like my GM's to do.
1. Be friendly, I've seen and been in some heated discussions that have gotten out of hand at times, and I would like to avoid that as much as possible. If your trade gets Vetoed by the powers that be, they will give their reasoning... Don't act like it is the end of the world, just rework the deal in a few PM's and post it back up.
2. Fairness and equality is something I strive for. If you have an idea about a rule or would like to discuss something, by all means, bring it to the leagues attention. I try to run a democracy as much as possible in these leagues. You are the owner of a team, and your ideas should be treated with respect and dignity.
3. I would like everyone to keep track of their transactions, roster, and have a trade block posted, even if they don't want to trade anyone. These things will be pretty easy to track and shouldn't take too much of your time. The big aim for this is to keep the League interesting and active.
4. I want my fellow GM's to set their lineups EVERY WEEK. If your team is injured and delving in to hopelessness, KEEP TRYING!! Strive for that W! It could happen in any given week. There are plenty of different ways to make money in this league, and I am hoping that will discourage people from abandoning their teams.
