Always nice to get a little banter going during the auction.tends to help the owners to get to know each other and establish some rivalry's.

Im not sure if spending so much on a high pick is worth it. Anything over $8 seems a little crazy. I think this year's draft class is somewhat deep as well, so paying high for 1 solid dude could effect a team pretty badly. I do feel that having a premium player in the room draft is great, but just needs to be properly built around. I went for a lower pick like others to get a higher 2nd, but at.this point there aren't very many strategies you could go. Overall I think everyone will be in solid shape to carry on in to the vet auction. It's going to get wild this weekend when trading opens up..

I'm curious to see how IDPs affect the overall rookie draft.

LBs pretty much won me a championship in a 32teamer... but in an auction, guys like Luke K might not be worth what you wanna pay for em. He was an absolute steal in the 2nd round of a snake draft, but +10m IDP studs are common place in an auction.

LBs would have been real important at 2 pts per tackle not as important now.Still worth the investment when there will probably be over 96 starting LBs.
