Without a real QB i now get the pick of the litter. MIA clears cap as well as gets a LB1 at a good price.

Am I crazy or does it seem like top 10 picks are being severely undervalued here? I feel Dolphins gets killed, pretty badly. But since I've vetoed the last two trades I'm going to see what other people say first.

VETO (0-1). I know people are trying to shed cap, but for the Number 1 pick in the draft there needs to be more given up to obtain that spot.

the 1.01 is 13m, about 7m more then the real 1.01 will get this year.

But since I've vetoed the last two trades I'm going to see what other people say first. The reason I proposed this trade was because I would have had no starting LBs not a good idea in a league like this. This way I end up with at least two. With the 1.1 I would have had to go RB or LB and there is always the bust potential. So I figure this was the best way to go.The 1.1 still goes for 13 mil so not cheap.

Freeman 257 points last season I think thats value.Am I guaranteed that with one of the big 3 RBs.The 6th ranked RB did not do that last year.Watkins is he sure fire?Guess it depends on where he goes.Mack?I don't know maybe.Out of those choices I chose Freeman. Hey commish should you be voting on this one conflict of interest
Man I hate explaining trades and having to justify them. This is my last one.

This is ridiculous everyone needs to stop vetoing unless they truly believe there is collusion.
The commish just vetoed out of retaliation to the cards I believe that's why he quoted him. I'm not participating in this unjustified vetoing. GMs should be able to run their teams the way they see fit (again, without collusion).
I approve (1-2)
Everyone should refer to the folder "DOT Discussion" on proboards, I dropped some knowledge.

At face value people may think that 1.01 is "undervalued" but 1.01 is a pain in the dick because of what WE valued it at during our rookie draft position auction. Its 13 mil plus the mandatory 6 mil you have to pay him. So phins chooses to dump 19 million in cap and an unproven rookie in exchange for a relativley young and proven LB for 6 mil and change. In my opinion phins gets the way better end of the deal. This is very similar to my trade with the bills right now which is getting vetoed. I say again OPEN YOUR EYES people. So if Houston and bills want to retract their vetoes and we can all play nice everyone will be allot happier.

And maybe retract your vetoes on a similar trade for the same reason and get that one approved. Wink wink. But I wouldn't tell you to do that.

19 million??? Pick 1.01 will cost 13 million. Why are you adding 6 million to it???

Approve... (1.5 - 2) I went back and forth on this... but I kind of agree with Saints in that we should only veto collusion although I would add those trades that severely impact the future of a franchise. I think Freeman's numbers will fall off a bit with D'Qwell there, but that is my opinion and I could be wrong. If Freeman does what he's done the last couple years, he's worth the 6.55M. On the other hand, you have to look at the 1.1 pick as any player in the draft and think about if you value any player in this draft at 13M. Is the top QB/RB/WR worth 13M? I think most would say yes, but when you think of it that way I don't think this trade is as far off base. Especially when you throw in whoever Miami signs with the other 6.45 million... if he was smart he'd sign a few solid guys with the money to fill out his roster and now the trade is 3 solid guys on decent contracts and Freeman for 1 13M Rookie. It's a boom or bust trade for Arizona honestly. I think Arizona has the upperhand because some of the top rookies in this draft probably would have went for 15-20M in the auction, but maybe Miami doesn't think anyone is worth 15M in this draft or even 13M and I think that should be his decision to make. Neither team is severely impacted by this trade and with Miami's roster situation I don't see how this could possibly make his team any worse... He has 12 open spots on his roster right now that would net him 0 ppg and only 7.2M. Freeman plus 3 solid players is going to net him WAYYY more pts than whatever rookie he would draft. I'm not saying Miami wins, but I can see why he would do the trade and I don't think it's hugely one sided.

I'm gonna go ahead and stay consistent with my other votes on similar trades. This just isn't close to being fair value for the number one overall pick. I understand bust potential and cap and all, but it's just not enough.
VETO (1.5-2.5)
